Join us for the 1h MLC© movement class to experience this psycho-somatic movement method.
Don’t worry if you don’t have the MLC© tools yet, you can still enjoy this class with substitue tools or no tools at all.
For best experience with no MLC© tools, you will need a small towel (about 50x70cm), a small cushion and 2 used or soft tennis balls.
